Safe Families - Diversion Case Manager - St. Lucie County - Full Time

Summary:
The case manager will assist families who have been diverted from the child protection system due to the low risk nature of the families’ abuse/neglect report. The case manager will perform a safety assessment, develop a family plan, and implement the family plan, using a client-centered, strength based approach.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology or a related field required.

Minimum of two years in home experience is required.

This position is primarily responsible for cultivating and tracking of donors in support of CASTLE’s Strategic Fundraising Plan.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required; a minimum of two years experience in public relations/fundraising in a non-profit setting. Proven track record of fund development.
