CASTLE Named "Charity of the Night" For Christmas in Downtown at Downtown Friday – November 27
VERO BEACH, FL - CASTLE is pleased to announce that the organization was named “Charity of the Night” for Christmas in Downtown to be hosted on Friday, November 27 in historic downtown Vero Beach. The popular annual event, which runs from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., will feature a variety of booths including crafts, foods, children’s activities and fun for the entire family. The Homeless Family Center and the Exchange Club of Vero Beach will be offering Christmas decorating activities for children. Local teenage talent will entertain guests with live music, beginning with Emanon at 3:30 p.m., followed by Stringsations, Mercury and Urban Warfare. Premiering at 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. is E.S.P., a Florida based group of professional rock musicians. The celebration will include a motorcycle Poker Run from Long Branch Saloon on 7th Avenue. Non-bikers have the option to participate in a Pedestrian Poker Run by visiting the CASTLE booth beginning at 5:30 PM. Proceeds from both Poker Runs will be donated to CASTLE to support its programs for the prevention of child abuse.
